Drill 22 - Around the Post (ATP)

Let’s be honest—everyone loves hitting an ATP (Around The Post).

It’s flashy, crowd-pleasing, and when it lands… it feels amazing.

But you know what might feel even better?

Spoiling the moment by returning an ATP.

In this drill, we’re giving you one side of the fun, and Drill 23 the other side.

First, when hitting an ATP:

Let the ball bleed as far out wide as possible before taking the shot.

The farther (and lower) you let it travel outside the court, the more angle and control you’ll have.
