What are the delivery times?

Delivery times depend on your location. We normally ship our orders within one day of order placement. Standard shipping may take 2-5 days to reach you.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we do not have the option for expedited or priority shipping.

We're unable to currently ship internationally, but are working hard to expand to markets outside the United States so please check back in the coming weeks for updates on our expansion efforts.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time. Also you can track your order in the Support Center or talk with us.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking the package.

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging and contact us. Provide a brief description of the problem you're experiencing.

Once you've submitted your claim through the Return Center, our team will review the details and get back to you as soon as possible.
