At Avoura, we're passionate about pickleball and committed to providing you with top-quality paddles and gear. We stand behind our products with the following warranty and return policy:
Warranty Policy

What's Covered: All Avoura paddles come with a limited 180 day warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. This includes the paddle core, face, and handle.

Warranty Terms: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

Inspection: Our paddles undergo thorough inspection before shipping. If you notice a defect upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence before using the paddle. The original handle wrap must still be intact.

Warranty Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear, including grip wear, edge guard wear, and face scratching.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or impact with objects other than a pickleball (e.g., the ground, other paddles, or tennis balls).
- Use in temperatures below 40°F (4°C).
- Modifications made to the paddle after purchase.
- Cosmetic issues like fading graphics.
- Rattling that doesn't affect performance.
- Paddles used for commercial purposes, rentals, demos, or sold as "blemished."
- Paddles purchased from unauthorized dealers, won as prizes, or without valid proof of purchase.
Return Policy

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return a paddle for a refund.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- APPAREL AND HAT REFUND POLICY: We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If you’re not completely satisfied with your apparel purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery—just make sure it’s unworn, unwashed, and has the original tags attached.Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- ACCESSORY REFUND POLICY: Please note that all accessory items—including balls, lead tape, tungsten tape and overgrips—are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Due to the nature of these products and quality control reasons, we are unable to accept them back once shipped.

- A brief description of the issue.
- A short video clearly showing the defect (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase.
- Response Time: Emails will be answered within one week (excluding weekends). Please allow 1-2 weeks for claim processing.
- Replacement Paddles: Approved warranty claims will have replacement paddles shipped within 10 business days.
