Terms and Conditions for Affiliate and Ambassador Program

1. Eligibility and Participation


To join the Avoura Pickleball Affiliate and Ambassador Program, applicants must complete the registration form, providing accurate and up-to-date information, including their name, email address, mailing address, experience as an athlete, and their interest in Avoura Pickleball.

Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of Avoura Pickleball, based on the evaluation of each profile.

2. Affiliate/Ambassador Responsibilities

Once accepted, affiliates and ambassadors are expected to:

  • Promote Avoura Pickleball products through personal and digital channels.
  • Use the provided affiliate links and discount codes to drive sales.
  • Represent the brand positively and align with its core values.

3. Commissions and Payments

  • Commissions are calculated based on sales completed using affiliate links or discount codes with a 30-day cookie
  • Payments are issued monthly net-30 after the corresponding transactions are confirmed and the 30-day return window has been closed.
  • Avoura Pickleball uses an internal system to track and process commissions.
  • Payments are made via PayPal
  • A w9 is required before disbursement of first payout

4. Program Guidelines

  • Avoura Pickleball reserves the right to remove any affiliate or ambassador from the program if their behavior, image, or values conflict with the brand's standards.
  • Participants can voluntarily terminate their participation at any time by notifying Avoura Pickleball.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

By joining the program, participants agree to the collection of their personal information, including name, email, mailing address, and details shared through the registration form. This information will be used solely to evaluate profiles, communicate with participants, and process commission payments.

Avoura Pickleball’s general Privacy Policy also applies to this program.

6. Cookies and Tracking

This program uses cookies to track affiliate links and ensure proper commission attribution. By participating, you consent to the use of cookies.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and apply exclusively to participants within the U.S.
